Who's Behind Spritely?

Leonie Jenkins
Certified Personal Trainer, B. Psychological Science (Hons)
Having battled an eating disorder and exercised for all the wrong reasons, I want to make the fitness industry a more inclusive and welcoming space. Intuitive exercise finally made exercise fun and rewarding for me, and it can for you too!In the seven years I've been a personal trainer, my goals have changed drastically. I've been struck down by chronic pain and fatigue, which forced me to reassess my approach to training. I still struggle with symptoms, but I've developed a method of pacing and body awareness that helps me manage my symptoms and feel spritely through movement! My mission is to guide you down the same path I travelled: to rebuild your relationship with exercise, find movement that lights you up, and make exercise sustainable for life.
